Milk Receiver
The Milk Receiver hooks up and unloads tankers in a timely fashion. Run quality tests on milk and CIP tankers, including hook ups as well as chemical tests. Load out cream and condensed milk and perform all quality tests. Complete master sanitation and CIP of all raw cream and milk silos.
Class A CDL Truck Driver
The Class A CDL Truck Driver will load, unload, and deliver products to customers and our store locations in an accurate and timely manner; efficiently and safely transport products and supplies.
Safety Coordinator
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. They conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. They also communicate guidelines to employees, report on health and safety issues, and develop relevant policies to maintain a safe workplace. Their focus is on promoting occupational health and safety and minimizing risks for employees.
Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic
The Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative maintenance and/or repairs of dairy production and processing equipment such as; engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, as well as utility related equipment. Duties will also include maintenance of building and support equipment.
Dairy Lab Technician – 3rd Shift
The Dairy Lab Technician Performs and documents testing of materials and finished products.
Business Development Coordinator
The Business Development Coordinator will be a sales liaison/brand ambassador by assisting in developing our product portfolio, identifying potential products; generating new business (customers and sales); conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and launching plans for product introduction.
Maintenance Shop Clerk
The Maintenance Shop Clerk role requires attention to detail and an eye for quality. They are responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing parts in a way that ensures they arrive at the right place at the right time. In addition, the clerk will assist the Plant Purchaser as needed in their duties to ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner. The parts clerk may also be tasked with maintaining records related to inventory or other tasks. This helps them ensure that they have enough parts on hand to meet demand while also ensuring that they don’t overstock any items.
Blow Mold Technical Manager
The Blow Mold Technical Manager is a key member of the Plant Management team. This is a hands-on, working management position. The key responsibilities include efficient operation of all Blow Mold equipment, efficient execution of Blow Mold related projects, efficient training of the Blow Mold Manager and operators on operational aspects of the Blow Mold, utilize skills to reduce shrink of both packaging and finished product, and setting up systems that delivers a consistent quality bottle every time. Key metrics are machine utilization, machine uptime, labor hour reduction, and delivering a consistent quality bottle.
Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager will coordinate the mechanical and electrical needs necessary to support the facility, to include support of expense project work. Directly supervise hourly and salaried employees assigned to the maintenance department with emphasis on continued development to further enhance skill sets. Manage maintenance department in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures. Ensure maintenance department objectives are met to include projects, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
