Yard Driver

The Yard Jockey operates yard mules to move trailers and to designated loading/unloading sites as directed.

  • Moves trailer to designated unloading doors, loading doors, and full trucks from Plant and to compound.
  • Driver is required to have CDL because he drives on roads to compound.
  • Responsible for keeping the Daily Trailer logs.
  • Spots and switches trailer as directed.
  • Pre-Cooling Trailers before Load Out and checking Trailer temperatures and Fuel Levels.
  • Supports tank receiving by backing in and pulling out tankers as needed.
  • Cleans, washes, fuels trailers; and inspects for damages.
  • Services switcher tractor by checking and replenishing liquid levels and draining air tanks.
  • Daily DVIR’s Each Day and Shift.
  • Keep Spotter Clean.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

YARD DRIVER QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Class A CDL
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years CDL/Yard driving experience
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug test

PREFERRED SKILLS FOR THE YARD DRIVER

  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately record data.

Blow Mold Technical Manager

The Blow Mold Technical Manager is a key member of the Plant Management team. This is a hands-on, working management position. The key responsibilities include efficient operation of all Blow Mold equipment, efficient execution of Blow Mold related projects, efficient training of the Blow Mold Manager and operators on operational aspects of the Blow Mold, utilize skills to reduce shrink of both packaging and finished product, and setting up systems that delivers a consistent quality bottle every time. Key metrics are machine utilization, machine uptime, labor hour reduction, and delivering a consistent quality bottle.

Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will coordinate the mechanical and electrical needs necessary to support the facility, to include support of expense project work. Directly supervise hourly and salaried employees assigned to the maintenance department with emphasis on continued development to further enhance skill sets. Manage maintenance department in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures. Ensure maintenance department objectives are met to include projects, safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
